AUBURN — Funeral services for David W. Tarr were held Tuesday at The Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Philip Shearman officiated and recited committal prayers at Litchfield Plains Cemetery. His daughter Mary Bilodeau delivered the eulogy. Military honors were provided by the Maine Funeral Honors Program.
