AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) — Maine state police say traffic tie-ups are expected on Wednesday as an oversized tractor trailer carrying a section of a windmill bound for Canada travels from Jackman to Houlton.

Troopers will be escorting the truck along Route 201 to Skowhegan, on Route 2 from Skowhegan to Hermon, and then using a number of streets in Bangor before heading north on Interstate 95.

Travel through Bangor is expected around noon on Odlin Road, Hammond and State streets, as well as Hogan Road.
