Arrest
Amy Burgess, 24, Mexico, warrant charging assault, criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime or injury, turned herself into police at 9:35 a.m. on July 15 on River Street. She was released on $300 cash bail and will be arraigned on Aug. 10 in Rumford District Court.
