LITCHFIELD — The Down East Country Music Association will host Country Sunday on Aug. 2 at the Litchfield Sportsman’s Club.
Musicians scheduled to perform are Fred Couverette, Norman and Betty Decoteau, George DeWitt, Rose Hinkley, The JR Band, Bill Longley, Linda Jo Marchant and Mary Murphy with the Murmaids and Pearl’s Kin.
Many of the scheduled entertainers have won local and national awards in Maine, New England and Tennessee.
Doors will open at noon. The show will run from 1 to 6 p.m. Admission is $7 for the general public, $5 for DECMA members. Children under 10 admitted free. There will be raffles, door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. A buffet will also be available.
