Amanda Barton, daughter of Peter and Linda Barton of Strong, has been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at the University of New England. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.3 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2005 graduate of Mt. Blue High School, Barton is a major in occupational therapy. She also just graduated with her bachelor’s in occupational science and has one year left for her master’s in occupational therapy.
