PRESQUE ISLE — Northern Maine Community College Vice President and Academic Dean Alan Punches has announced the dean’s list for the 2009 spring semester. Dean’s list students must achieve a 3.20 average or better; students named to high honors must achieve a grade point average of 3.85 or better.
