Malley W. O’Shea of Livermore was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta at Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pa., in the spring.
Lambda Pi Eta, founded in 1985 at the University of Arkansas, is the official national honor society for the National Communications Associations. Its goals are to recognize, foster and reward outstanding scholastic achievement in communication studies; stimulate interest in the field of communications; and promote and encourage professional development among communication majors.
O’Shea is a rising senior majoring in public relations. She is a 2006 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School in Auburn and is the daughter of Annie and Dan O’Shea.
