Debra Lambert and Bruce Vogt
LEWISTON — Roland and Laurie Lambert of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Debra M. Lambert of Tacoma Park, Md., to Bruce W. Vogt of Tacoma Park, Md., son of Bruce and Catherine Vogt of Gloucester, Va.
Miss Lambert is a 1993 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in marine biology. She also received her master’s degree in 2005 from Virginia Institute of Marine Science. She is employed by NOAA in Silver Springs, Md.
Mr. Vogt is a 1994 graduate of Gloucester High School and a 1998 graduate of Christopher Newport University with a bachelor’s degree. He received his master’s degree in 2003 from Virginia Institute of Marine Science. He is employed by NOAA in Annapolis, Md.
A Sept. 12 ceremony will be held at Fort Preble bunker in South Portland, with a reception to follow at Eastland Park Hotel in Portland.
