Randi L. Arsenault of South Paris has graduated cum laude from Colby College in Waterville with a bachelor of arts degree in government. Arseneault earned dean’s list and a distinction in her major. She is a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
She is the daughter of Michael Arsenault of Poland and Tamara Clark of South Paris.
