A Lewiston man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that he sold stolen tractors on eBay.

Matthew Theriault, 25, was indicted in Portland earlier this month. On Friday, during his first court appearance, Theriault pleaded not guilty to 13 felony charges, including six counts of wire fraud and one count of lying to an FBI agent.

Theriault appeared with his lawyer, Michael Whipple, and was released on personal recognizance. His father, Denis Theriault, is a  Lewiston city councilor.
