RANGELEY — The wardens and vestry of the Church of the Good Shepherd have announced that the Rev. Judson Pealer has accepted a call to be their new Rector.
Pealer is currently Rector of St. Paul’s Church in Windsor, Vt., and for the past 22 years has served churches in West Virginia and New York. He has been an Episcopal priest in pastoral care to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, N.H.
He and his wife Sandy have three grown children. The Pealer’s are accomplished artists and have interests in winter sports, jogging and hiking.
They will relocate to the church around Aug. 1 and will begin serving the Parish in early August.
A welcoming event for the parish and the community will be scheduled soon after their arrival.
