FARMINGTON — Sally came to the Franklin County Animal Shelter as a stray and has made herself cozy at the shelter.
Sally is well known for being the most queen-like cat at the shelter, staff said. She tends to lounge about waiting patiently for someone to walk by and swoon all over her while she basks in her glory.
Anyone looking for a wonderful cat to dote on should look no further, Sally is waiting. Sally would be best placed in a household where she would be the only pet as she doesn’t share affection well.
New dogs at the shelter include a 2- inch beagle mix found in Livermore, a yellow lab from Livermore Falls, a black lab-spaniel mix from Farmington, a Pomeranian from Farmington, a black lab mix from Wilton and a pit/mastiff mix from Jay.
For more information, adoption or volunteer opportunities, call the shelter, located at 550 Industry Road, at 778-2638.
