Arrests

Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Peter Rispoli, 65, Rumford, domestic assault, 3:19 p.m. Aug. 22 on Hancock St. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Maxwell Fowler, 31, Rumford, warrants charging burglary of a motor vehicle and theft, and violation of conditions of release, 10:36 a.m. Aug. 21 on Route 2. He was released on $400 unsecured bail. An arraignment date has yet to be set.

• Jason Hill, 29, Rumford, failure to appear on charge of possession of unlawful drugs, 8:48 a.m. Aug. 20 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $250 cash bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 8 in Rumford District Court.

• Sabrina Mason, 26, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of operating after suspension, turned herself in to police at 10:15 p.m. Aug. 19 on River Street. She was released on $125 cash bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 8 in Rumford District Court.

• Heather Boulanger, 29, Rumford, violation of a protection order, 2:21 a.m. Aug. 16 on Waldo Street. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Eric M. Richard, 33, Auburn, disorderly conduct, 1:17 a.m. Aug. 16 on Oxford Avenue. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
