BANGOR, Maine (AP) – Police say a second suspect has been arrested in the death of a 19-year-old woman last month in Bangor, Maine.

Police said they arrested 27-year-old Justin Ptaszynski, a transient living in Bangor, on Thursday in connection with the death of Holly Boutilier (boot-uh-leer). He’s charged with murder and hindering apprehension or prosecution. His first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday afternoon.

A Penobscot County grand jury has already indicted 34-year-old Colin Koehler on a murder charge in Boutilier’s death. Her body was found Aug. 9 in a makeshift shack along the Penobscot River.
