Melissa Carrier and Gregory McKenna

LEWISTON — Announcement is made of the engagement of Melissa Ann Carrier and Gregory Byrne McKenna, both of Roslindale, Mass.

Miss Carrier is the daughter of Vivian Cyr of Lewiston and the late Roger Carrier of Auburn. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in elementary education.

Mr. McKenna is the son of Sally McKenna of Roslindale, Mass., and the late David McKenna. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in mechanical engineering technology. He is employed as an HVAC estimator for J.C. Cannistraro.

A Sept. 12 wedding is planned for 5 p.m. at Endicott Estate in Dedham, Mass.
