CASCO — The descendants of Jude and Alice LeBlanc held a family reunion on Aug. 8 at Sebago State Park with 44 members attending.

Those attending were from Casco, Windham, Litchfield, Jay, Rumford, Mexico, Peru, Harrison, Old Town and Portland, Maine; Somerville, Mass.; Derry, N.H.; Leesburg, Va..; Clifton Park, Waterville and Mechanicville, N.Y.

The oldest person in attendance was Evelyn LeBlanc, 86; youngest, 5-week-old Rylie Alberts; traveling the farthest, Jim, Julie, Laina, Jude and Alie Doiron. Cake was served in celebration of Alyce Doiron’s 85th birthday.

The 2010 LeBlanc reunion will be held on Aug. 14 at Sebago State Park. At that time, the time capsule that was sealed approximately 15 years ago will be opened. All descendants of Jude and Alice LeBlanc are invited.
