Before school started, the Mountain Valley High School Library/Media
Center hosted a professional training opportunity with Michael
Hakkarinen of Discovery Educator Network. All of the teaching personnel
in RSU 10 were invited to participate in an up-to-date training for
using Discovery Streaming, which offers an opportunity to integrate
more than 71,000 content-specific clips, as well as 9,000 full-length
videos that tie directly to state and national teaching standards.
