The ArtVan will offer programming from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Lewiston Public Library, 200 Lisbon St. Programs will be held on Thursdays through Dec. 17, with no program on Thanksgiving.
Children and their families will be encouraged to use art as a way to
express underlying feelings while learning new artistic skills. The
program received $5,400 in grant support from Empower Lewiston, which
supports ArtVan’s community efforts to build positive relationships
with the larger community in order to better support the positive work
ArtVan is doing. Pictured isJanelle Demers of the ArtVan program, left, talking with 9-year-old Noel

art project.
