 Arrests

 Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 8 in Rumford District Court:

 • Denis Carrier, 55, Dixfield, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of theft, 8:40 a.m. Oct. 9 at the police station on River Street. He posted $100 cash bail and was released. A court date has yet to be set.

 • Derek Richards, 18, Rumford, criminal trespass, 12:46 a.m. Oct. 8 on Pine Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
