AUBURN — Local authorities are seeking a suspect in a robbery at the Cumberland Farms store on Center Street early Tuesday morning.

According to a statement from the Auburn Police Department, the robbery took place shortly before 5 a.m. The suspect was described as a black male, 5 feet, 10 inches to 6 feet, 1 inch tall, bald and wearing a black leather jacket. The man walked into the store and demanded money, but did not display a weapon.

No injuries were reported and the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
