There is trouble ahead for certain chauffeurs in Auburn who have been persistent violators of the speed law, unless they show a little more caution in the near future. City Marshal Rowe hailed two of the offenders into his office Thursday and after explaining to them to what extent they had been transgressing, warned them that they would be arrested for the next offense of the same kind.

A new roller skating club, to be called the Bumps ’n’ Falls Skating Club, will hold its organizational meeting today at the New Auburn Rollerdrome.

The club will give members an opportunity to learn how to skate and will sponsor such social events as banquets, shows, dance displays and masquerades. There is no age limit and prospective members need not know how to roller skate. Dance, figure and straight skating will be taught.
