Rock 4 Kids’ Cancer event to benefit the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital in Portland will be held at Club Texas in Auburn on Nov. 28. The classic rock band The Rockin’ Roadrunners will entertain. Admission is $10, and Club Texas has agreed to donate $5 for each admission to the event, according Jen Bernier, organizer for the fundraiser. The doors will open at 8 and the band will begin playing at 9 p.m. All funds raised will be donated to the hospital, Bernier said.
