Jaqueline A. Poussard

1943 – 2009

Jaqueline A. Poussard, 66, a resident of Meadowview Apartments, Lewiston, died Thursday, Nov. 19, at Central Maine Medical Center with her family by her side.

She was born May 1, 1943, the daughter of Alfred and Lucienne James.

She had been a resident of Lewiston all her life, and was a homemaker. She raised four children and enjoyed spending time with all of them.
She enjoyed her grandchildren, country music, watching football
and NASCAR racing, and fishing. She also enjoyed watching her grandsons
play sports, like football and hockey.

She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church.

She will be sadly missed by all of us.

Survivors include two sons, Harvey Poussard of Lewiston and his five children, Heather, Hillary, Preston, Cameron and Garret, and Dan Poussard and his wife, Heidi, and their two boys, Casey and Coby of Lewiston; two daughters, Diane Poussard and her son, Steven, of Lewiston, and Sandy Brooks and her husband, Bill, and their two children, Billy and Nicki; two sisters, Priscilla Lessard and her husband, Larry, and Claudette Chick and her husband, Arnold; three brothers, Bert and Diane, Lucien, and Paul and Shelly; and great-grandchildren, Travis, Makayla and Corbin.

She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, Roger James; and a great-granddaughter.
