Alvin J. Arsenault

RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Alvin J. Arsenault was celebrated Monday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Alfred Jacques was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Fly Like A Bird” and “Because the Lord is My Shepherd.” Readings were done by his grandsons Ryan and Jason Linder. The eulogy was given by his daughter Linda Martin. Poems were read by his granddaughters Kristen and Jennifer Arsenault. Gift bearers were his son Lee Arsenault, daughter Diane Linder, and daughter-in-law Jayne Arsenault. Pallbearers were Stephen Martin, Ryan Linder, Ron Linder, Jason Linder, Kristen Arsenault and Jennifer Arsenault. A reception followed in the parish hall. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. Military Honors were rendered by the Maine Military Funeral Honors Program. Services were under the care of SG Thibault Funeral Home.
