RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Linda Lee Doiron was celebrated Wednesday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Alfred Jacques was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “You Raise Me Up,” “Amazing Grace” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” Thea Dunn sang “Forever Young” accompanied by guitarist Chad Haynes. Readings were done by Connie Venskus and Tommy Winston. The eulogy was given by her daughter Asha Doiron. Cindy Giroux read personal reflections shared by Sister Bernadette Gautreau “Aunt Dedette.” Pallbearers were Matthew S. Winston, Gabriel J. Doiron, Jesse L. Doiron, Christopher Tozier, Gary J. Arsenault and Stephen S. Gallant. Interment was in Rumford Center Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall. Services were under the care of SG Thibault Funeral Home.
