Lodge meeting

AUBURN — The Liberty Rebekah Lodge 94 will meet at 6:45 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7, in the recreation room
at the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Home, 85 Caron Lane. The meeting will open at 7 p.m. The
program will focus on remembering Pearl Harbor.. Members are asked to
bring patriotic readings and songs to share. Lodge members who are shut in will be sent a remembrance for Christmas.

OES to meet

LISBON FALLS — Pioneer Chapter No. 11, Order of the Eastern Star, will
meet for the purpose of degrees at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7,
at the Ancient York Masonic Hall, Route 196.
Refreshments
will be served after the meeting. All members of the Order are invited to
attend.

ACA meeting

LEWISTON — The Dr. Paul Fortier Chapter 52 of the
Association Canado-Americaine will gather at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7, in
the Senior Citizens Room of the Multi-Purpose Center.

Chapter President Dolores Poirier will welcome
members of the former Martel Chapter No. 54, which recently combined
with Chapter 52.

On the agenda will be a discussion regarding the group’s upcoming
holiday banquet, to be held at noon Thursday, Dec. 17, at Montello
Heights. Reservations for the event, which will feature entertainment
by Paul Farrell and friends, can be made at the meeting or by
contacting Chapter 52 Treasurer Maurice Dubois at 783-3259 before Tuesday, Dec.
8.

Annual meeting

LISBON FALLS — The Androscoggin-Sagadahoc Counties Extension
Association (ASCEA) will hold its annual meeting at 7
p.m. Monday Dec. 7, at the University of Maine Cooperative
Extension office, 24 Main St.

All county residents are invited to attend the meeting
and provide community feedback. A 6:30 p.m. potluck supper will precede
the meeting.

The agenda includes voting on the association’s annual financial report
and its counties’ appropriations requests, along with holding elections
for new executive committee members and officers.

Bridge results

LEWISTON —
The Lewiston-Auburn Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Dec. 1 were as follows: first/second time, Jan Arey and Linda Leotsakos with
Roger Labbe and Larry Fortier; third, Rosemarie Goodwin and Luke Merry; fourth, Jeanine Kivus and Fred Letourneau; first in B, Roger Labbe and Larry Fortier, second, Donna Bartlett and Sue Kaluzynski.

Winners at Schooner Estates on Dec. 2 were:
first, Sherrie Hinckley and Fred Letourneau, second, Anna Vitiello and Mike Quinn third, Tom Dahlberg and David Wallace.

Games are played at 9 a.m. Tuesdays and at 6:30
p.m. Wednesdays. A partner is guaranteed. Call Rosemarie Goodwin at
