LIVERMORE FALLS — The Livermore Falls High School Class of 2011 will sponsor the second annual community holiday dinner for area senior citizens.
The dinner will be offered free of charge and is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, in the high school cafeteria. Tickets are free but are limited to 250 and may be obtained by contacting the school at 897-3428.
Students and advisors developed the idea for a free holiday dinner as a way for students to recognize and celebrate area senior citizens who have supported the students and schools through the years.
The dinner will include turkey and gravy with mashed potatoes, stuffing, peas, cranberry sauce, rolls, pies and beverages. Holiday entertainment will be provided by students and door prize drawings will be offered.
For more information, contact Cathi Howell, Susan St. Pierre or Kymberli Bryant at 897-3428, ext. 211, 111 or 101. Or e-mail [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected].
