Incident Report Statistics:
Between 6 a.m. Nov. 29 and 6 a.m. Dec. 7, patrol officers responded to 67 complaints. These are complaints that require an officer for service. Basic traffic stops are not given a complaint number.

Charges:

On Nov. 29 — 6:50 p.m., Lee Norris, 34, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with domestic violence assault on Congress Street. Norris posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.

On Dec. 02 — 3:15 a.m., Robert Terrill, 26, of Dixfield was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, violating conditions of release and two sets of warrants on Cumberland Street. Terrill was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on March 12.

On Dec. 2 — 4:54 p.m., Richard Scagliola, 50, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Lawrence Winson with criminal mischief on Rumford Avenue. Scagliola is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.

On Dec. 5 — 12:40 a.m., Jesse Arsenault, 22, of Peru was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld with operating under the influence on Falmouth Street. Arsenault posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on March 2.

On Dec. 6 — 3:15 a.m., John Robichaud, 44, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Ian Theriault with violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of a scheduled “W” drug and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia on Franklin Street. Robichaud was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.

On Dec. 6 — 3:16 a.m., Dahlia Robichaud, 39, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Ian Theriault with hindering apprehension, unlawful possession of a scheduled “W” drug and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia on Franklin Street. Robichaud posted $300 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.

Criminal Mischief:

On Dec. 4 — 1:55 p.m., Waldo Street resident reporting someone broke his windshield with a rock resulting in approximately $200 in damages. The case is under investigation.

Theft:

On Nov. 30 — 1:37 p.m., Cumberland Street resident reporting theft of a $100 artificial tree. The case is under investigation.

Wanted:

David McCann, 27, of Mexico / East Wilton is wanted for failure to appear for criminal mischief and theft and failure to pay fines.
