LEWISTON — Captive Elements Art House will hold its second annual holiday art jamboree from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12. A collection of the newest works from eight artists will be displayed.

In addition, in an inconventional manner, each artist will stack some work nearby. “We often just pile our works where ever there is room in our homes, so why not allow those who enjoy the works of a particular artist to flip through more than what we are able to display,” said Kerry Landry.

Seasonal music will be provided by Justin and Shay, aka The Dual, who have performed at many local venues and now work out of Portsmouth, N.H. There will be snacks, beverages, and door prizes, as well as holiday gifts such as locally made winter hats, scarves, jewelry and calendars.

A low-key sneak peek will be offered from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday for those unable to attend the Saturday event.
