GRAY — On Friday, Dec. 11, a fundraiser for the Zack Pomerleau Blues Band will be held at the Tailgate Sports Pub and Grill. Proceeds will help defray the band’s travel expenses to Memphis, Tenn., Jan. 20-24 to compete in the International Blues Challenge.

The ZPBB plays an eclectic mix of blues and rock. Zack Pomerleau plays harmonica and provides vocals with Sam Berce on slide guitar. They are often joined by John Berce on bass and Bub Lynch on drums.

The fundraiser will feature a set of music by the ZPBB, followed by performances by Steve Bailey, Kevin Kimball, Jessica Hines and other guests. There will be raffles, silent auctions, and special food and drink prices.

The event will run from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. The Tailgate is at 61 Portland Road.
