• Trevor Giles, 20, of 45 Bedford St., Bath, operating under the influence, 11:07 p.m. Sunday on Ferry Road in Lisbon, Lisbon Police Department.

• Lonnie Thomas, 26, of Gray, lost control of a vehicle he was driving, it ran off the road and hit several trees at 10:05 p.m. Sunday on Old Danville Road. Damage to the 2008 Chevrolet pickup truck owned by AP Concrete Floors Inc. of Gray, estimated at $20,000.
