No one was injured in a three-vehicle accident involving a logging truck and two cars at Main Street and Pottle Road at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Police said the back of an empty logging truck owned by Tibbetts Trucking of Wilton and driven by Martin Knightly caught the front end of a Ford Tempo as Knightly attempted to turn from Main Street onto Pottle Road. The move caused the Ford Tempo driven by Sharlene Stefani, 66, of Canton Point Road in Dixfield to be pushed back into a Honda Civic driven by Fred Henderson, 72, of Richardson Hollow Road in Greenwood. Stefani’s car sustained front-end damage and was towed from the scene. No traffic tickets were issued.
