Waneta F. Dunn
1941 – 2009

LEWISTON — Waneta Faye Dunn, 68, of Oxford, died Sunday, Dec. 27, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.

She was born in Norway on March 28, 1941, the daughter of Warren and Doris (Crooker) Berry.

Waneta married Elwood Dunn on Oct. 19, 1957. She worked at Tambrands for over 21 years, until her retirement. She enjoyed her cockers, crossword puzzles and reading.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Elwood Dunn of Oxford; a daughter, Kerry and her husband, Maurice Morin, of Otisfield; a son, Ricky Dunn and companion, Alice Walton, of Augusta; grandchildren, Sgt. Kyle Millett and companion, Erin Proctor, and Maranda Millett and companion, Robert Perkins; brothers, Richard Berry of Bryant Pond, Robert and wife, Barbara Berry, of Mechanic Falls, Lawrence and wife, Sandy Berry, of Mechanic Falls, and Donald and wife, Sandy Berry, of Detroit; sisters, Beverly Farrell of Norway, and Margaret Ames of Oxford; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, Warren; mother, Doris; and one sister, Elizabeth Verrill.
