RUMFORD — An item in the Rumford Crime Bulletin published Tuesday on page B2 was incorrect. Maxwell Fowler, 32, of Rumford and Mexico is not wanted on a warrant charging failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry. He is not on the Maine registry, according to its Web site. The information was incorrectly provided to the Sun Journal.
