Wake up, United Nations officials. The poor people of Haiti need housing. In our big cities are big junk yards with big buses filling them up. Why not send them to Haiti on container ships and barges? The buses could be used for housing, clinics, storage, classrooms, offices, post offices, stores and many other uses.

Train the young men to tie down the buses with strong cables to withstand hurricanes. Spread them out into small towns in the western part of Haiti. Get the people out of Port-au-Prince. Train the young people about water and sewer systems, public works and hygiene.
