RUMFORD — The following cases were heard in 11th District Court

  Troy J. Blanchard, 20, Mexico, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 8, 2009, found guilty, fined $400.

Alfred D. Cochran, 40, Canton, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 31, 2009, found guilty, fined $250.

Corey L. Edingbourgh, 27, Mexico, violating protective order on Sept. 14, 2009, found guilty, fined $150.

Corey J. Eustis, 34, Houston, Texas, violating condition of release, unlawful use of license on Aug. 14, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $600; second charge dismissed.

Charles L. Gannon, 39, Byron, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on July 4, 2009, dismissed.

Charles L. Gannon, 39, Mexico, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Oct. 5, 2009, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 14 days.

Brian J. Gardner, 27, Mexico, possession of marijuana on July 25, 2009, offense committed, fined $350.

Shawn Gardner, 37, Rumford, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Aug. 15, 2009, dismissed.

Shanon M. McAlister, 21, Bethel, violating condition of release on Oct. 28, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

John A. Robichaud, 44, Rumford, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release on Dec. 6, 2009, sent to jury trial.

Helio P. Rocha, 43, Charlestown, R.I., operating unregistered ATV on Oct. 10, 2009, waived, fined $100.

Wayne G. Sinclair, 50, Mexico, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, violating condition of release on Nov. 20, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to six months; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Henry F. Thebarge Jr., 55, Roxbury, possessing fish in violation on Aug. 19, 2009, found guilty, fined $200.

Kim L. Towers, 37, Mexico, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Oct. 19, 2009, found guilty, fined $200.

Eric J. Welch, 30, Mexico, domestic violence assault, assault, reckless conduct on Nov. 21, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $200.

Angela Lynn Woods, 29, Dixfield, violating condition of release on Jan. 13, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.
