Incident Report Statistics:

Between 6 a.m. Feb. 7 and 6 a.m. Feb. 14, patrol officers responded to 47 complaints.

Arrests/Summonses:

On Feb.7 — 10:45 a.m., Richard Bibeau, 50, of Rumford was charged by acting Cpl. K. Scott Mills with criminal trespass and terrorizing on Oxford Avenue. Bibeau is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on April 6.

On Feb. 10 – 9:55 a.m., David Giberson, 45, of Rumford was charged by Capt. Daniel Garbarini on an Oxford County Superior Court warrant for unlawful trafficking schedule drugs on South Rumford Road. Giberson posted $500 cash bail and was released.

On Feb. 10 — 11:11 p.m., 17-year-old Mexico female juvenile was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller with operating without a license on Rumford Avenue. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on April 6.

Burglary:

On Feb. 10 — 4:20 p.m., Waldo Street resident reporting theft of prescription drugs, video games and $200 in cash. The case is under investigation.

Criminal Mischief:

On Feb. 8 — 9:01 a.m., Rumford Parks Dept. reported someone had knocked over the portable toilet. No damage was reported.

Wanted

Keith St. Laurent, 35, of Dixfield is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to pay fines for operating under the influence.
