CARTHAGE — Selectmen will meet with the town’s Budget Committee at 9 a.m., Saturday at the Town Office to begin review of a proposed municipal budget. The joint meeting is generally a preliminary action in anticipation of the annual town meeting. The date for that has not been set. Town meeting is usually held sometime in March.
