I was pleased to see the Lewiston City Council will be attending a facilitated, goal-setting retreat (Sun Journal, Feb. 12).

I have attended two of those retreats in the past, one for the Balloon Festival and one for the Museum L-A, and have found them to be extremely beneficial.

To have members of the City Council all working together to achieve the same goals is a win-win for the city.

That is how these retreats are structured. It’s money well spent.
