Chinese auction

SOUTH PARIS — A Chinese auction will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the American Legion Hall, Church Street. Doors will open for viewing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event benefits the group’s Cancer Patient Fund.

Worship service

SOUTH PARIS — All are welcome to Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, on Sunday, Feb. 28, the second Sunday in Lent. Sunday School starts at 9:15 a.m. with worship service at 10:15 a.m. The service will be followed by coffee, refreshments and fellowship.

Scout service

SUMNER — The Rev. Nancy Kennedy of the Congregational Church of East Sumner invites all current and former Boy Scouts to attend a service in their honor at 9 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 28. The service will be followed by a coffee hour.

Facebook class
