JAY — The Jay Democratic Committee welcomes the public to the 39th annual St. Patrick’s Day pancake breakfast, from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 148 Main St., Route 4.

There will be talks by Democratic gubernatorial and local candidates and visits by State legislators.

The breakfast will feature local food. The cost is $5 each person, with proceeds going to the Jay, Wilton and Farmington Democratic Committees.
