These three “90-plus-year-young” ladies are faithful attendees at the Farmington Falls Union Baptist Church. Enid Perry, Maxine Watson and Harriet Cassidy are chauffeured by Loretta Bard, Cassidy’s daughter, early each Sunday morning. Cassidy sang in the choir at the church a number of years ago and now joins Maurice Hovey behind the microphone while David Hovey plays the piano. Upcoming events at the church include an evening Lenten service at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 14, and a morning celebration of the Tolman’s 55th wedding anniversary and Rev. Tolman’s 81st birthday at 9 a.m. Sunday, March 21. Other Lenten services will be held on Sunday, March 7 and 28, at the New Sharon United Methodist Church. The March 21 service will be held at the New Sharon Congregational UCC.
