Tax workshop

FARMINGTON — Women, Work and Community will offer a workshop “Easy Steps for Business Tax Prep” designed for individuals with business income to report, whether they plan to do their own taxes or work with a professional tax preparer.

The workshop will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 25, at the Women, Work and Community office, 108 Perham St.

Attendees will learn what is needed to prepare taxes, get the tools for organizing financial records and feel confident and ready for tax time. For more information or to register, call 753-6505 or e-mail [email protected].

Extension homemakers

INDUSTRY — The Clearwater Extension Homemakers will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11, at the Shorey Chapel. The program will be “Taster’s Choice.” All are welcome to attend.
