WILTON — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Holy Week services are designed to let people enter into the drama of Jesus’ final week, culminating in Easter.

At 7 p.m. on Maundy Thursday, April 1, the congregation will recall the Last Supper and institution of the Eucharist, and a symbolic foot washing is held. On Good Friday, April 2, St. Luke’s parishioners will participate in ecumenical services: in Farmington, at noon at Old South and at 7 p.m. at the Wilton Congregational Church.

Saturday, April 3, at 8 p.m. the Easter Vigil will be celebrated, moving from darkness to light in celebration of the resurrection. Easter sunrise service will take place on Voter Hill at 6:15 a.m. St. Luke’s primary Easter service will be at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, April 4, followed by an Easter egg hunt for the children.
