FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District’s annual meeting will be held at Mt. Blue Middle School starting with a social gathering at 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 9. The evening concludes with a presentation on the Kibby Mountain Wind Power Project in Eustis by a representative from TransCanada.
