Criminal Mischief
The Big Apple at 248 Main St. was tagged with graffiti by a juvenile at 1:22 p.m. on May 14.
A boat at 28 Fortin Way was tagged with graffiti overnight May 14–15 with green spray paint.
A garage door at 5 St. Jerome St. was tagged with graffiti prior to 11:30 p.m. on May 14.
A vehicle parked at Pierce and Walnut streets had a window broken prior to 1:45 p.m. on May 17.
Operating After Suspension
Arthur Nelson, 18, was charged with operating a vehicle without a license and failing to provide correct name on May 14 at Birch and Howe streets.
Thefts
A vehicle parked at CMMC at 300 Main St. had a purse taken from inside sometime between 4:50 and 6:15 p.m. on May 17.
A Trek mountain bike was stolen from the Turner House at 241 College St. prior to 6 p.m. on May 20.
A license plate — ME Veteran 33524 — was stolen from a vehicle parked at 120 Wellman St. overnight May 19–20.
An apartment at 137 College St. had a JVC Everio G camcorder and a Garmin GPS stolen from inside sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. on May 19.
Two construction signs from the site at 151 Bardwell St. were stolen between 5 p.m. on May 10 and 8 a.m. on May 11. They were yellow with black text and stated “Caution Construction Traffic.”
A maroon road bike with black tape on the handlebars was stolen from the Rzasa House at 97 Russell St. at 11:30 p.m. on May 18.
Landscape World at 1904 Lisbon St. had a wooden cart loaded with potting soil and gardening tools stolen at 2:30 a.m. on May 19. The suspect was described as a white male with multiple piercings.
An attendee of the Vineyard at 9 Foss Road had her purse stolen sometime during the church service on May 16.
A boy’s bicycle was stolen from 131 Horton St. prior to 11:30 a.m. on May 20.
A laptop was stolen from a patron of the public library at 200 Lisbon St. sometime prior to 4:45 p.m. on May 15.
Burglaries
Fresh Air Ventilations at 155 Spring St. was burglarized prior to 3 p.m. on May 19. Entry was gained by breaking a window in order to unlock a door. An Acer computer and various equipment were taken.
An apartment at 114 Pettingill St. had damage done to the entry door during an attempted burglary that occurred between 9 and 9:30 a.m. on May 20.
An apartment at 16 Leeds St. was burglarized sometime between May 15 and 16. Entry was gained by removing an air conditioner. A 32-inch AOC LCD TV was taken.
An apartment at 30 River St. was burglarized sometime over the weekend May 14–16. Two tapestries and a digital camera were taken.
Wanted
Theresa Dietrich, 50, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for OUI.
Mark Johnson, 45, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for disorderly conduct and assault.
Misty Glover, 26, is wanted on a warrant charging unpaid fines for assault.
