WILTON — Funeral services for Lida J. (Lake) Trask were held Tuesday morning from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 136 High St., Wilton, with the Rev. Marcia Charles of the New Sharon Methodist Church officiating. The congregation sang “Amazing Grace.” A special remembrance was shared by her nephew, Jamie Knowles. Her children, Donna Buttarazzi and David Trask, offered personal eulogies. Granddaughter Olivia Trask played a saxophone solo, her grandparents’ song, “A Time For Us.” Following services, a family reception was held at their home on High Street. Private family committal services will be held this summer at Lakeview Cemetery, Wilton.
