LISBON —Voters  ratified a $13.9 million school budget for 2010-11 by a wide margin Tuesday with 1,488 voting in favor and 846 voting against.

Of those who voted on the second budget question asking why they disapproved of the budget  764 voted it was too high and 278 voted it was too low, according to the town’s ballot clerks.
