Carol Seward and Elinor Goldblatt presented appreciation awards to a large number of volunteers for their services to the Senior College program.

Retiring board members Alan Elze, Liette Morin and Charles Plummer received gifts presented by Keene who also welcomed Joyce Campbell, Dean Clark and Rachel Morin as their replacements. Approved for second terms were Donna Sweetser and Crystal Ward.

After the financial report delivered by Robert Bowyer, the members were entertained by a performance by Danielle Langord of classical and Celtic compositions for the concert harp. The soloist’s program was entitled “Emblem of Elegance.”

This coming fall, Senior College will be entering its 12th year of providing courses to persons over 50 years of age when the fall semester starts in September. Senior College programming has been expanded to include Schooner Estates as well as the Auburn Public Library.
