LIVERMORE FALLS — Police are investigating an accident Thursday night on Camp Road in which the driver apparently took the plates off the vehicle and fled before police arrived, Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Friday.
The driver of a four-door, 1997 Mitsubishi apparently crashed into something with “pretty good force,” enough to deploy both airbags, Steward said. Blood was found inside and on the vehicle, but no other details were available Friday as police continued to work on the 4:45 p.m. incident, he said.
